Its microporous structure, with a typical aperture size of 45 μm ± 5 μm, is designed to promote controlled oil penetration while helping reduce clogging and carbon buildup within the heating core.
Combined with high-thermal-conductivity materials, the structure supports rapid and even heat distribution, helping deliver consistent vaporization and preserve the intended characteristics of the oil.

The technology eliminates the need for traditional cotton wicks and center-post structures in applicable designs, helping create a cleaner and more efficient heating system while supporting a more consistent user experience.
